Intro:
Ladies and gentleman...The tournament/event of the century is now underway...After days of extreme anticipation we finally come to the preliminary phase of this event...This is designed to set up who will become captains amongst each individual team...Through filtering out the weak from the elites and the soldier’s from
the captains, we will be allowed to move on to the next stage of this tournament event.
Notice:
Every Match is vital to not only the event but your overall experience
the more win’s and activeness the better the overall experience and prizes.
All member’s will be rated 1-5 on there preliminary activeness and wins.
The better you do in matches (w. SS) [SCREEN SHOT'S ARE A MUST] the better your rating will be. We will
rate every SS win with a 1-5, then average out all your win’s (Min 10) & That will
make up your user rating. Top player’s with highest user rating’s will be
drawn into the captains pool where they have a chance to become a captain
and assemble a team through the draft round. Also when posting Screenshots Post DIRECT LINKS. Not the images themselves.

Mode: lvl 0 / Unvindi / Primal
Timer: Off
Helpers: off (On if primal mode)
Vindication: Must be on (Special exception’s will be
granted upon request)
Rule: Best of 3
Host: Decided (Or person w. most wins)
Banned Char/s.Moves: Any Healing & ALL Rd's
Point System:
There are 2 Ways to earn point's in the preliminaries
1. Screenshot's
2. Win Streaks
These 2 things will add to your Ratings Points (RP for short for future reference)
Screenshots: Player’s will be rated on there screenshot’s of them beating there opponent in a match (must win 2 of 3) to get a rating for both winning screenshots)
Perfect/Near Perfect = 5 RP
Higher end of half= 4 RP
Little more then half = 3 RP
Half = 2 RP
Little to none = 1 RP
Min 40 SS (20 wins) to be entered into the captains pool
Player rating’s will be in effect in the Draft round, and Player’s with the highest RP will be inducted into the captains pool.
Winstreaks: (As In Complete match win's in a row from different players)
3 Win streak - +0.5 RP (To any 1 SS or Lowest rated one)
6 Win streak - +1.0 RP (To any 1 SS or Lowest rated one)
9 Win streak - +1.5 RP (To any 1 SS or Lowest rated one)
12 Win streak - +2.0 RP (To any 1 SS or Lowest rated one)
15 Win streak - +3.0 RP (To any 1 SS or Lowest rated one)
[Individual Streaks Point’s cannot be used on the same Set of SS]
For every streak you achieve you gain all the previous streak's rewards.
Disclaimer:
Anyone who drop's out, or is cheating will be removed from the tournament. Anyone who drop's out / forfeits' gives everyone +0.5 RP.Activeness is a must, anyone caught sharing wins or streaks, or any form of cheating will be removed and out of the running for the uber prizes. Anyone caught w. out Game Vindicator on (who claims a win) will not have that win and SS effective, unless they have Special Permission. Player's with special permission, will be posted with a BOLD Italicized name, on the Preliminaries list.

Q. When will the Preliminaries end?
A.(10 days, or when we have enough people w. a rating for captain)
Q. Why do we need Player Ratings & Rating points?
A. Read the thread carefully, Player rating's will help the Captains (Highest rated players after preliminaries) to strategically pick member's of this tournament event to join there "Team" and continue on in the tournament event's next phase/round. A better rating mean's more likely a Captain would want to chose you for his/her team. all of your Rating Point's earned in the preliminaries will be averaged, and we will post your name and Player Rating in the post. PR avg. could be found by this equation.

Q. How do player rating's work?

Q. How does the streak/s system work?
A. 3 win's in a row (as in you beat 3different people best out of 3 in a row) you will gain the additional RP to one SS, & so on.
Q. Can I be Ambassador?
A. hehehe NO
Q. What are the prizes?
A. They will be epic, beyond your imagination.
Q. Who's running this?
A. Ambassador's are running this, with the help of what the member's seem to have wanted. (Yeah we have been listening) Prize's will be granted by both Ambassador's & Staff.
Q. How many time's can i face the same opponent in a day?
A. We ask that you face the same opponent up to 2 times a day. Additional same win's and SS of the same opponent, will be a bit un-fair and we will deduct 1 RP off every additional win of an an opponent (After 2 wins)
Q. WTH are the prizes?
A. There will be something's New, Something's Uber Rare, and Some Concrete Things, such as Cash and other things.
Q. Couldn't some one good beat this system by doing one match and getting a perfect and having a 6 as there PR?
A. NO, there will be a minimum/Mandatory 5 win's to move onto the next round. Anyone who doe's not meet these requirement's will be removed from the tournament event and left to shame at what could have been.
Q. Why aren't some people playing with GV (Game Vindicator on?
A. Because they have special permission, anyone who does not have special permission and is playing with out it will have all there win's void.
Q. How will the draft round work?
A. More info on that when we actually get there.
Q. How do we post Screenshots?
A. Please only post the link's and not images of the screenshots, Also post them all in one post, rather then random post. That will just delay the process of reviewing everything and people's PR.
